Dreamcast Launches Ticket ka ATM, a Self-Service Ticketing Kiosk for Faster Event Ticket and Wristband Issuance

JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INDIA, August 31, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Dreamcast, an enterprise registration and CRM platform for events, has launched Ticket ka ATM, its self-service kiosk designed to help organisers manage ticket validation, ticket printing, and wristband issuance at high-footfall live events. The kiosk enables attendees to validate their entry using a QR code or facial recognition and receive their event ticket or wristband in seconds.

For organisers of concerts, festivals, award shows, comedy shows, and other large live events, peak arrival periods can place significant pressure on box-office counters and entry teams. Hundreds of attendees may arrive within the same short window, creating queues as staff verify tickets, distribute credentials, and manage exceptions. Ticket ka ATM is designed to distribute this entry traffic across multiple self-service points, reducing dependence on a single crowded counter.

"Peak hour is where event entry systems are truly tested. When hundreds or thousands of attendees arrive together, adding more people behind the counter does not always solve the problem," said Gautam Seth, Co-Founder and Director, Dreamcast. "With Ticket ka ATM, we are giving organisers another way to handle that rush. Attendees can validate themselves, collect their ticket or wristband, and keep moving, while the event team can focus on exceptions and overall crowd management."

Ticket ka ATM connects with the event's registration and ticketing data to validate attendees at the point of entry. Attendees can scan their QR ticket or use facial recognition, depending on the event setup. Once validated, the kiosk can print the required ticket or wristband. Dreamcast states that QR codes and attendee faces can be processed in 2-5 seconds, while personalised tickets and wristbands can be printed within 10 seconds.

Ticket ka ATM is designed to address another challenge faced by high-footfall events: limited entry infrastructure. Instead of directing every attendee to the same box-office counter, organisers can deploy multiple kiosks across the entry area or at different access points. With multiple systems, Dreamcast says the setup can process up to 300 guests in 10 minutes, depending on the event configuration and deployment.

The kiosk also supports offline operation, allowing ticket validation and printing to continue during temporary connectivity disruptions. Once connectivity is restored, the system automatically synchronises the data. Organisers can monitor check-in activity through a real-time dashboard, giving event teams visibility into attendee entry while the event is underway.

"Self-service has already changed how people interact with everyday services. We saw an opportunity to bring the same operational thinking to live events, where peak-hour entry can determine how smoothly the entire event begins," said Siddharth Shah, Co-Founder and Director, Dreamcast.
Designed for portability and quick deployment, Ticket ka ATM can be positioned across multiple entry points based on venue layout and expected attendee flow.

Ticket ka ATM is built for concerts, music festivals, Dandiya and Navratri events, New Year's celebrations, award shows, comedy shows, and other ticketed events where large numbers of attendees are expected to arrive within a short period. The launch marks another addition to Dreamcast's growing portfolio of on-ground event solutions designed to connect registration, ticketing, access, and attendee movement.
